Make a product. Go to your Etsy store on the Stores area of your Printful Dashboard and choose Add product. Select a product, upload a file, or make a design using our tools.and stick it to the goods. Choose the sizes and colors you want your customers to have as possibilities. 
Add items to your Etsy shop. When your product is finished, select a product mockup. Then, change the description text, set your retail prices, and click Submit to store to publish your goods on your Etsy storefront.
Turn on the new product listing. Each product sent from the Printful product generator will display on your Etsy account as a draft listing. To make the changes, navigate to Shop Manager > Listings and click on the new product. The most important thing to accomplish here is to add Printful as a production partner. In the About this listing section, type change the setting to show that another company produced this product. Scroll down to the Production partners field and check the box next to Printful. When it’s done, hit the Publish button. This product is now visible to your customers.
